From the very beginning, they were incredibly attentive, responsive, and easy to work with, and that level of service continued right through the wedding day itself.

The luxury restrooms were honestly beyond what we expected. They were so clean, beautifully maintained, and thoughtfully designed - complete with air conditioning, music, and little amenities that made them feel more like a proper indoor washroom than a temporary event restroom.

Our guests absolutely loved them. Almost every time someone came back from using the restroom, they commented on how pleasantly surprised and impressed they were!

Niki and Chad made the entire process seamless, and I felt completely confident knowing this part of the event was being taken care of. I was shocked by how good the customer experience was - from the initial communication, contracting and payment, to the event day - Toiluxe was professional, friendly, and accommodating. As this was an event where we had 10+ vendors arriving around the same time, the seamless execution was greatly appreciated. Aside from that, the trailer is the perfect size and the facilities were spotless.
